2023 Toyota GR Corolla

A post on the GR Corolla Forum reveals an internal memo that lists the arrival months for Toyota’s 2023 lineup. The GR Corolla will arrive in October, alongside the rest of the updated 2023 Corolla lineup.

Now that we know that the GR Corolla is arriving in a few months, we shouldn’t have to wait too much longer for Toyota to release all the pricing details. The 2023 GR Corolla will be available in three versions: Core, Circuit Edition and Morizo Edition. Toyota is only planning to build 1,500 units of the Circuit Edition and only 200 units of the Morizo Edition.

If you need a refresher, the GR Corolla is powered by a turbocharged 1.6-liter three-cylinder enigine that generates 300 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. The Morizo Edition has slightly more torque at 295 lb-ft. The four-cylinder is mated to a six-speed manual transmission and the GR-Four all-wheel drive system.
