Hyundai is getting ready to introduce its next electric car with the upcoming debut of the 2023 Ioniq 6 EV. Hyundai has already released teaser sketches of the Ioniq 6, which is inspired by the Prophecy concept and now we have some new teaser photos.

Hyundai has released a batch of new teaser photos on its Ioniq 6 site. It doesn’t state exactly when the Ioniq 6 will debut, but hints at the fact that more teasers are coming. One of the teasers reveals a big third brake light on the trunk lid and another shows a camera for the side mirror.

The Ioniq 6 is described as an “electrified streamliner” and will be based on the same E-GMP platform as the Ioniq 5. Hyundai hasn’t released any specs, but single- and dual-motor versions are expected. It’s expected that the single motor version will have a 215 horsepower electric motor that powers the rear wheels, while the dual-motor all-wheel drive version will have 308 hp. Expect a driving range over 300 miles.
