Nissan has announced the updates and pricing for the 2019 Nissan Rogue, which starts at $25,795. The 2019 Rogue doesn’t get any styling changes, but it does arrive with more tech features, including the Safety Shield 360 suite of driver assist technologies.

The 2019 Nissan Rogue now has standard rear automatic braking and a rear sonar system on SV and SL trim levels, while Rear Door Alert has been added to all trim levels. There’s also a new Special Edition Package for the S trim level, which adds 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, heated exterior mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, heated driver’s and front passenger seat, chrome exterior and interior door handles and roof rails.

A new Premium Package for the SV trim level adds 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, ProPILOT Assist and an electronic parking brake.

The Nissan 2019 is powered by a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft or torque, that’s mated to an Xtronic CVT transmission. Front-wheel drive versions are rated at 26 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway. Rogue AWD models are rated at 25 mpg city and 32 mpg highway.

If you want a more fuel efficient option, the 2019 Nissan Rogue Hybrid is powered by a four-cylinder hybrid powertrain that generates a combined 176 horsepower. It’s rated at 33 mpg city, 35 mpg highway with front-wheel drive and 31 mpg city, 34 mpg highway if you choose all-wheel drive. The 2019 Rogue Hybrid starts at $28,595.
