Currently the Toyota C-HR is only available in two trim levels: XLE and XLE Premium, which has reportedly hurt sales a bit for buyers that would like more options. Toyota is going to fix that with the addition of two new trim levels for the 2019 Toyota C-HR, which will offer a new cheaper version as well as a fully loaded trim level.
Toyota hasn’t formally announced the updates to the 2019 C-HR, but Cars Direct is reporting that the 2019 Toyota C-HR will introduce two new trim levels: LE and Limited. The base LE will bring the 2019 C-HR’s starting price down to $21,990, which is $1,505 cheaper than the 2018 C-HR XLE. To bring that price down, the C-HR LE trim level will get cheaper 17-inch steel wheels, instead of the 18-inch alloy wheels on the XLE. It will also not be available with either a white or black roof. The LE is also not available with a blind spot monitor.
At the other end of the spectrum, the new Limited trim level will add black or brown leather seats, the Entune 3.0 Premium infotainment system, seat back pockets and rain-sensing wipers. The C-HR Limited starts at $27,045.
The mid-level 2019 C-HR XLE trim level gets a $530 price hike. All 2019 Toyota C-HR models will also now come standard with Apple CarPlay thanks to the upgraded Entune 3.0 infotainment system.
