On Wednesday Tesla released lots of new updates, including the new interior in the Model S and Model X with the steering yoke. Tesla CEO Elon Musk also revealed that deliveries of the Cybertruck are on track for later this year. But what about the new Tesla Roadster? Well Elon Musk has says that’s coming next year.

Musk was asked about the upcoming Roadster on Thursday on Twitter, where he tweeted that Tesla “finished engineering this year” and that “production will start next year.”

Tesla unveiled the second-generation Roadster in late 2017. At the time Tesla stated that it would have a driving range up to 620 miles and be able to reach 60 mph in less than 2 seconds. We’ll have to wait and see if those specs are still the same when it arrives.
