Yesterday Ram unveiled the 2024 1500 REV electric pickup truck, which will rival other full size electric trucks, like the Ford F-150 Lightning and Chevy Silverado EV. Well it looks like Ram is looking at the possibility of adding another electric pickup to its lineup.

Ram boss Mike Koval Jr. recently revealed to Motor Trend that Ram is going to show off a midsize electric pickup truck concept to dealers next month. “We can clinic it to see if it is the right truck,” Koval stated.

We don’t have any big details about the concept, but it’s expected that it will be based on the same STLA Frame platform as the 1500 REV. The addition of a midsize truck would give Ram a rival to the Chevy Colorado, Ford Ranger, and Toyota Tacoma, which used to be filled by the Dodge Dakota before the Ram re-branding.
