Subaru is also reportedly looking at a new all-wheel drive system that would use electric motors to power the rear wheels. Subaru recently previewed the next-generation Impreza at the LA Auto Show, but you can expect wider fenders and a large rear spoiler for the WRX STI version. The next WRX STI is expected to arrive sometime in 2017.
