Honda has revealed the production version of its new fuel cell vehicle ahead of its debut next month at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. Tentatively called the FCV, the concept borrows many styling cues from the concept version that debuted almost two years ago at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Obviously Honda’s fuel cell vehicle will get a more unique name than FCV, but Honda is keeping its name under wraps until it debuts in Tokyo. The fuel cell vehicle has room for up to five passengers and has a driving range up to 435 miles. Honda says that the high-output electric motors will provide “exhilarating driving.”

One cool feature is that the FCV can function as a “mobile power plant” that generates and provides electricity to the community in the case of an emergency. Stay tuned for more details soon.
