The 2020 Cadillac CT5 was only unveiled two months ago at the New York Auto Show and now Cadillac has confirmed that the high performance CT5-V will be unwrapped on May 30.
In addition to the CT5-V, Cadillac has also confirmed that it will give us our first look at the smaller CT4 sedan on the same day, with the debut of the CT4-V. Details about the CT4 are scarce, but it’s basically Cadillac’s rival to other small sedans, like the Audi A3 and Mercedes-Benz A-Class.
The debut of the CT4-V and CT5-V coincides with Cadillac’s celebration of 15 years of its V-Series models. It’s not known what will power both models, but the CT5-V could get the brand’s 4.2L Blackwing V8, which is currently available in the CT6-V. The CT4-V will likely get a 3.0L twin-turbocharged V6.
