Even though we have yet to see the Audi e-tron electric SUV, Audi has already announced the pricing in Germany, which starts at €80,000 ($98,163 US). The e-tron SUV is expected to debut this summer ahead of its arrival later this year.
Audi has already received a good amount of reservations for the e-tron, with over 3,700 reservations in Norway, alone. Audi hasn’t announced the number of hand raisers its received in Germany. When the e-tron arrives in the second half of 2018, it will be the first of many new electric models that Audi is planning. A sportier e-tron Sportback SUV will arrive in 2019.
Earlier this week Audi also previewed its Tesla Model S rival, the e-tron GT, which is scheduled to arrive in 2020. It’s expected that the e-tron GT will share its platform with the Porsche Mission E.
