Dodge has announced that the insane 707 horsepower Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is rated at 22 mpg on the highway. The 2015 Charger SRT Hellcat also earns EPA ratings of 16 mpg in combined driving and 13 mpg in the city.
The Charger SRT Hellcat is powered by the same supercharged 6.2-liter V8 as the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat. With 707 horsepower on tap, the Charger SRT Hellcat recorded an 11-second quarter-mile on street tires, goes from 0-100-0 mph in less than 13 seconds and boasts a top speed of 204 mph.
“The new 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat is a multidimensional phenomenon,” said Tim Kuniskis, President and CEO – Dodge and SRT Brands. “It is the quickest, fastest, most-powerful sedan ever produced – the world’s only four-door muscle car. Factor in its affordable price and 22-mpg highway fuel-economy rating and it’s clear that the Charger SRT Hellcat competes in a class all by itself.”
