Buick has unveiled the 2024 Envista, a new small crossover coupe. The Envista is slightly bigger than the Encore GX and gives Buick a stylish crossover for buyers that like the crossover coupe design.

Compared to the Encore GX, the Envista is 11.2-inches longer with a 4.1-inch longer wheelbase at 182.6-inches long. Although the Envista is longer, its fastback design means that it has a smaller cargo area. It has 20.7 cubic feet of cargo space, which can expand to 42.0 cubic feet with the rear seats folded.

Under the hood there’s only one engine available, a turbocharged 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine with 136 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission and the Envista is only available with front-wheel drive. If you need all-wheel drive, you’ll have to go with the Encore GX, which also offers a more powerful engine.

Inside there’s an 8.0-inch digital instrument cluster and an 11.0-inch infotainment system. It also comes standard with automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, automatic high beams and lane departure warning.
