The BMW 8 Series flagship coupe is expected to enter production later this year, but the first photos of the coupe have leaked online. Bimmerpost has managed to capture a few unauthorized photos of the 2019 8 Series, which looks pretty close to the concept version.
From these leaked photos we can see that the 2019 BMW 8 Series will be slightly toned down from the 8 Series concept, but the overall look is pretty close. The biggest changes we can see now are redesigned bumpers and new mirrors.
At the rear we can also see an 850i badge, which means the coupe will likely be powered by the same 4.4L twin turbocharged V8 as the 750i, with around 445 horsepower and 479 lb-ft. of torque. If you want more power an M8 version is also in the works and it could have around 600 horsepower. A convertible 8 Series is also planned.
For now you can check out the photos over at Bimmerpost.
