Lincoln has unveiled the “redesigned” 2015 Lincoln Navigator SUV, which is going to debut on February 6 at the Chicago Auto Show. While the 2015 Navigator is not an all-new SUV, Lincoln has given its full-size SUV an updated exterior with the Lincoln split-wing grille, a 3.5L EcoBoost V6 and an upgraded interior.
On the outside you’ll immediately notice that the 2015 Navigator has a new face with LED lighting, the Lincoln split-wing grille and a new hood. Unfortunately a leaked photo gave us an early look at the new face and the feedback was not kind. The changes to the rest of the exterior are not as drastic with the rear also being redesigned with new taillights.
Under the hood the old 5.4L V8 has now been replaced by a 3.5L EcoBoost turbocharged V6 engine with 370 horsepower and 430 lb-ft. of torque. The V6 is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
Inside the 2015 Navigator gets a new Reserve Package that adds new luxury touches like leather seats on all three rows of seats, a leather instrument panel and Ziricote wood trim.
Production of the 2015 Lincoln Navigator is going to kick off this fall and then will show up in showrooms in early fall.
