Volvo has teamed up with Garage Living and real estate brokerage Compass to create the Recharge Garage in Palm Springs, California. Volvo says that the special garage is “a vision of the possibilities an electric future can bring to our homes.”
The best part is that the house used for the Recharge Garage is for sale and if you have $5.8 million it can be yours. The Recharge Garage has three Volvo-brand Level 2 chargers, a flexible work-from-home space with a built-in desk and folding meeting table, an entertainment center with a TV and Bowers & Wilkins speakers, and storage solutions.

Being able to charge your electric vehicle at home is the best solution, since you don’t have to spend time waiting at a public charging station. “Homes will become the fueling stations of the future that make owning an electric vehicle easier than ever,” said Marc Sanders, Compass real estate agent representing 2465 Winter Sun Drive.
