Volvo Concept Estate Could Come to Life as the V90 Luxury Wagon

Earlier this month Volvo unveiled the Concept Estate shooting brake concept at the Geneva Motor Show, which was the third concept that previews Volvo’s future design language.

Earlier this month Volvo unveiled the Concept Estate shooting brake concept at the Geneva Motor Show, which was the third concept that previews Volvo’s future design language. The Concept Estate previews how Volvo’s new design language can be applied to a wagon body style and now it’s being reported that Volvo is working on a new wagon called the V90.
According to Autobild the V90 will be the replacement for the V70 and will be positioned as a luxury wagon, that is based on the upcoming XC90 SUV. The large wagon will primarily be powered by four-cylinder engines, but a hybrid powertrain is also a possibility.

Also at the top end of the Volvo lineup, Volvo is reportedly going to introduce a new S90 sedan that will replace the current S80. A C90 coupe is also a possibility. At the other end of the Volvo lineup, Volvo is going to introduce a new C40 that will replace the current C30 in addition to an XC40 compact crossover and a new V40.
