We’re now about a month away from the kick off of the 2015 Detroit Auto Show, which means that we should start hearing reports about what each automaker plans on unveiling at the show. It’s being reported that Volkswagen is going to use the show to reveal a new crossover concept.
Reuters is reporting that Volkswagen is going to reveal a new five-passenger crossover concept. The concept previews a new crossover that will likely be released in 2016 or 2017. It’s expected that the five-passenger crossover will share its platform with the upcoming seven-passenger crossover that will be built at VW’s plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
