The Model Y can carry up to seven passengers and will have a starting price set at $39,000 for the Standard Range version, which has a driving range up to 230 miles. The Long Range Model Y has a longer 300 mile range. Tesla also says that the Model Y can reach 60 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a top speed up to 150 mph.

Inside there’s a 15-inch touchscreen to access all the Model Y’s controls and the front trunk and split-folding second-row seats provide a total of 66 cubic feet of storage space.

Deliveries are expected to start in Fall 2020 for the Model Y Performance, Long Range Rear-Wheel Drive, and Dual-Motor All-Wheel Drive versions, which will start at $47,000 and top out at $60,000 before you add on the extras. The $39,000 Model Y Standard Range version won’t arrive until Spring 2021.
