Audi has been slower to jump on the coupe-like SUV bandwagon, than rivals, like BMW and Mercedes-Benz. But they are coming. We already have the Q8, which is essentially a coupe version of the Q7 and now it’s been confirmed that a coupe-like Q3 is coming, called the Q3 Sportback.
According to Car and Driver, the Q3 Sportback will be based on the same MQB as the standard Q3, but it will feature a sleeker roofline to give it that “coupe” look that’s trending right now. The Q3 Sportback’s main rival will be the BMW X2 when it debuts later this year.
It’s expected that the Audi Q3 Sportback will arrive in the US sometime in 2020.
