Chrysler’s Ram has unveiled the Ram 392 Quick Silver pickup that is going to be unveiled at SEMA next week. The Ram 392 Quick Silver is the perfect compliment to that Dodge Viper sitting in your garage, well at least according to Chrysler.
The Ram 392 Quick Silver is based on the Ram R/T, but the 5.7L V8 has been thrown out. In exchange, engineers managed to squeeze a 470 horsepower 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 under the hood. It also gets a cold air intake, headers with an electronic exhaust cutout and a cat-back exhaust system. The Ram 392 Quick Silver also gets Brembo brake kit, featuring 15-inch vented rotors and six-piston calipers to keep all that power under control. The pickup rides two inches lower on 22-inch wheels.
The exterior of the Ram 392 Quick Silver is painted in a bright silver with a black roof. The mirrors and wheels are painted in red as a nice contrast. A Mopar aero kit plus a deep-cowl aluminum hood with heat extractors makes sure the truck stands out going down the road.
Will Chrysler build it? Maybe if you’re lucky!
