It’s almost time for Porsche to reveal the production version of the Mission E electric car, which is expected to happen within the next year. While we wait for its debut Porsche has released some new revealing photos of Mission E prototypes from the production floor.

2020 Mission E prototype teased

What we can see here is that the production version will remain pretty close to the concept, although the suicide doors have been ripped off and replaced by more conventional doors. The Mission E will have over 600 horsepower, a 0-60 mph time of only 3.5 seconds, and a range of 310 miles. It will also only take 15 minutes to recharge the Mission E up to 80 percent. A base model is expected as well with around 400 horsepower in addition to a third middle model that will have around 536 horsepower.

After the Mission E debuts Porsche is expected to release a production version of the Cross Turismo concept. Coupe and convertible versions are also a possibility.
