Porsche is going to reveal a slightly tamed down version of the 911 GT3 this week at the Frankfurt Motor Show – the 911 GT3 Touring Package. The 911 GT3 will still have the same 500 horsepower from the standard GT3, but little tweaks, like the deletion of the large rear spoiler make it look a little calmer.
German website Auto-Presse posted these official photos of the 911 GT3 Touring Package, but they’ve since been taken down. The 911 GT3 Touring Package will feature the same 4.0L flat-six engine with 500 horsepower and 339 lb-ft. of torque. One big change is that the GT3 Touring Package may only be available with a six-speed manual transmission.
The pricing for the 911 GT3 Touring Package will be the same as the standard GT3 with prices starting at €152,416 in Germany. The 911 GT3 Touring Package will debut this week alongside the 2019 Porsche Cayenne.
