There are some big changes in store for the next-generation Audi A7, which is due to arrive in 2017. Audi’s new design chief Marc Lichte has revealed that the design portion of the new A7 is complete, which will feature more “radical styling.”
The next A7 will borrow styling cues from the Prologue concept that debuted last month at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The Prologue also previews the 2016 A8 and 2017 A6 models, but the A7’s design is reportedly going to be the most dramatic of the three. Lichte also states that there will be greater differentiation between its future models.

The new A7 will be based on VW’s new MLB platform with its engines borrowed from the all-new 2016 A8.
