Chrysler Recalling Almost 370,000 Minivans Due to Airbag Issue

Chrysler has announced that it is recalling 367,350 2008 model year Dodge Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans due to an issue with the airbags. It looks like the airbags may accidentally go off. Water leaks due to an improperly installed part in the heating and cooling system can drip into the airbag deployment module, causing it to malfunction.

Chrysler is going to begin notifying owners about the recall in February. A grommet in the air conditioning drainage system will be replaced at no cost.
