Spy photographers have caught the new 2009 Mazda 6 during testing. The new car is bigger and more curvacious than the current model. As you can tell the new car will adopt many of the current styling themes of the current Mazda lineup. There is no word on the engine lineup, although there are rumors that the car will ride on the same platform as the new Ford Mondeo and Volvo S80. Also expect to see a version of Ford’s 3.5L V6 under the hood.
