Mitsubishi has revealed its eX electric compact crossover concept ahead its debut later this month at the Tokyo Motor Show. On the outside, the concept exhibits Mitsubishi’s new Dynamic Shield design language and under the skin, it’s powered by two electric motors and a lithium-ion battery that give the SUV a 250 mile driving range.

According to Mitsubishi, the eX concept’s styling takes inspiration from shooting brake cars, a term for a coupe with flowing styling fused with a hatchback. The eX concept’s face also features a new interpretation of the Dynamic Shield front design concept.
