Mitsubishi Diamante Successor is a Rebadged Infiniti M

Mitsubishi is going to release a new flagship sedan that will be a successor to the Diamante that was killed in 2004. Rather than create its own sedan, Mitsubishi has reportedly signed a new agreement with Nissan, which will bring the Nissan Fuga (Infiniti M in the U.S.) to the Mitsubishi lineup.

This is reportedly only going to happen in Japan, but Mitsubishi is going to start selling a rebadged Nissan Fuga next summer. Mitsubishi has no plans to sell the rebadged Nissan outside of Japan.

Mitsubishi is set to finally remove the Galant from its U.S. lineup in 2013, would you like to have the rebadged Nissan as a replacement?
