We’re still waiting for the official debut of the 2012 Honda CR-V, but the concept version has had just debuted at the Orange County Auto Show. Fortunately the concept version looks basically the same as the production version.
“The 2012 CR-V Concept strongly hints at the more dynamic and refined look of the upcoming model,” said John Mendel, executive vice president of sales for American Honda. “As the best-selling SUV in each of the past four years, the 2012 CR-V promises to build on its highly successful formula with even more style, innovative features and higher fuel economy.”
The all-new 2012 CR-V will go on sale by the end of the year and according to Honda it will get more distinctive and bolder styling than the outgoing model. The new CR-V will have a more aggressive stance and a bolder face.
The new CR-V will also get a more fuel-efficient engine and will be lighter. Honda also says that the interior will also be more accommodating and spacious.
