It’s being reported that Lincoln is working on an electric Aviator, which will arrive in 2023. It will also be built alongside the Ford Explorer EV at Ford’s Cuautitlan Assembly Plant in Mexico.

Automotive News is reporting that the Lincoln Aviator EV will be the brand’s first fully electric vehicle and that it will be revealed in 2022. The Aviator EV will also launch when the entire 2023 Aviator lineup gets a refresh.

We don’t have any specs yet for the Aviator EV, but it is the next step in Lincoln’s plan to electrify its entire lineup by 2030. In June, Lincoln revealed plans to introduce four new fully electric vehicles. The EVs will be based on a new EV platform that can feature rear- or all-wheel drive.
