A Lexus insider recently revealed some details about the long awaited Lexus LC F Coupe, which will grab the title as the most powerful Lexus ever produced. According to Holiday Auto, who spoke with an insider, the Lexus LC F will be powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 with 621 horsepower.

That’s a healthy increase over the current LC 500 with its 471 horsepower. The insider also suggests that the LC F will weigh around 300 pounds less than the LC 500 thanks to the use of carbon fiber.

Now for pricing, the report claims that the LC F will be priced at 20 million yen ($176,000) which will definitely push the LC F into supercar territory.

If the insider’s reports are accurate, expect the Lexus LC F to debut sometime in 2018 with an arrival date sometime in 2019.
