Back in 2012 Land Rover revealed a concept droptop version of the Range Rover Evoque and since its debut there have been rumors about a production version. Now a recent report claims that the on-again, off-again Evoque Convertible is back on.
The latest report claims that the Evoque Convertible will be based on the two-door Evoque. It will obviously be a low volume model, but it could be an alternative to other small luxury convertibles. If Land Rover does decide to build it, lets hope the Evoque Convertible finds a better fate than the recently departed Nissan Murano CrossCabrio.

We may see the production version debut as early as the 2015 Geneva Motor Show in March.
