Hyundai has several models planned for this month’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas. In addition to the one-off Santa Fe, Ioniq and Elantra models, Hyundai has teamed up with Vaccar to develop the Vaccar Tucson Sport concept.

Just like the rest of Hyundai’s SEMA concept, the Vaccar Tucson Sport concept gets several styling and performance upgrades over the standard Tucson. To give it more power under the hood, the one-off Tucson features a Boostec Turbocharger, R50 Blow-off Valve
AEM Air Intake System, Mishimoto G-Line Intercooler, Vaccar Front-mount Piping and Cat-back Exhaust, and a Magnaflow Performance Muffler. The concept also rides on 20-inch Concept One Forged Wheels.

The exterior gets a two tone blue metallic and silver paint scheme, while the Vaccar Front Lip, Side Skirts, Rear Diffuser and M&S Mesh Front Grille make it look a lot more aggressive than the Tucson sitting at your local Hyundai dealer. Inside the concept gets seats that are covered in Katzkin Ice Grey Leather and Fog Suedezkin with blue stitching. There’s also a 9-inch infotainment system, LCDs mounted in the front headrests, a 12-inch subwoofer and a Dash-top Triple Gauge Pod.

“The Vaccar Tucson Sport Concept takes the Tucson far beyond its OEM roots without sacrificing reliability,” said Aaron Vaccar, President of Vaccar. “By building upon the well-developed Tucson platform, powertrain and design, we’ve given enthusiasts a vision of just where this affordable crossover aspires to go.”
