GMC has unveiled the 2018 Sierra 2500HD All Mountain concept, which is debuting this week at Vail Mountain. The one-of-a-kind snow machine builds on the Sierra 2500HD pickup, but its wheels have been replaced by tank-like tracks that give it the ability to tackle snow-covered terrain.
Besides the Mattracks 150 Series tracks, the GMC Sierra All Mountain also gets snowboard racks, extra LED lighting, a 30-inch light bar, an upgraded audio system and a soft roll-up tonneau cover. Under the hood the concept is powered by a 6.6L turbo diesel with 445 horsepower and 910 lb-ft. of torque.
The GMC Sierra All Mountain will remain on display at Vail for the winter season as part of an exclusive partnership announced earlier this year with Vail Resorts. A similar concept will also be at the Los Angeles Auto Show next week.
