Last month Genesis revealed its new GV60 electric crossover, but it did not reveal any technical specs. Now Genesis has released a teaser video for the GV60 and announced that it will be fully revealed on September 29 at 5pm PST.

We know that the GV60 is based on the same E-GMP platform as the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6, but Genesis has not announced any details about its electric powertrain or how much range it will have.

The Kia EV6 GT with its dual motors has an output of 577 horsepower, which gives it a 0-60 mph time of less than 3.5 seconds. We’ll have to wait and see if the GV60 gets a similar setup, but there is a report that says that the EV6 GT will be the most powerful version out of the three crossovers.

The GV60 is also arriving with some new tech features, like wireless charging, which will let drivers recharge the EV without any wires. The GV60 will also be available with a new “Face Connect” technology, which uses a camera to recognize the driver’s face and then automatically open the doors.
