Ford Confirms Four New Lincoln Models Including New MKX, a Full Size Sedan and Two Other Models by 2020

Ford has set a goal of selling 300,000 Lincoln vehicles globally by 2020, thanks to the addition of more models and the brand’s debut in China.

Ford has revealed the details of its 2020 Vision plan that includes the ‘reinvention’ of the Lincoln brand. Ford has set a goal of selling 300,000 Lincoln vehicles globally by 2020, thanks to the addition of more models and the brand’s debut in China.
“Our Lincoln sales and profit margin targets are supported by our aggressive product investment strategy and growth plans in China,” said Kumar Galhotra, president of Lincoln. “Our opportunity is to attract luxury customers who are looking for new and personalized customer experiences.”

Now that the new MKC crossover is available, Lincoln’s next all-new model will be the new MKX crossover that arrives next year and will be followed by a new full size sedan. Lincoln is also going to release two other new models by 2020. Ford hasn’t confirmed what the two new models will be, but there have been rumors about a new compact sedan and even a Mustang-based model.
