Last month Fiat Chrysler Automobiles revealed its five year plan for brands like Jeep, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Ram, but for some reason Chrysler and Dodge were left out of the presentation. While we still don’t know everything that FCA has planned for the either brand, it looks like some models might disappear.

Motor Trend recently spoke to Steve Beahm, the head of FCA passenger car brands for North America, where he revealed that some of FCA’s current models might be disappearing after the 2019 model year. When asked about the future of the Dodge Grand Caravan and Journey, he replied, “They have a role through the ’19 model year. We don’t talk much beyond that. But being America’s performance brand, long term, [some of the vehicles] may not fit.”

That comment suggests that both the Dodge Grand Caravan and Journey will likely disappear after the 2019 model year.

The publication also asked about the future of the Chrysler 300 sedan and Beahm simply stated, “The 300 goes through the ’19 model year.”

Beahm’s comments hint that Chrysler will soon become a one vehicle brand with only the Pacifica minivan to keep the brand alive, but a fix is in the works. “It’s my job to look for opportunities—in a profitable way—to build on the Pacifica. Waymo agreed to buy 62,000 [Pacifica hybrids for their autonomous vehicle fleet]. I want to build on that and add Chrysler products.”

It was expected that the Chrysler brand would get a new Pacifica-based crossover, but “It’s not in the future plans Mr. Marchionne spoke about so I can’t give more details about that.”
