Chevy has released the official details about the 2022 Blazer. The biggest change is that the naturally-aspirated 2.5-liter four-cylinder has been dropped, which means that buyers will only be able to choose between the turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder or the 3.6-liter V6.

This means that the standard Blazer will have 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. The 3.6-liter V6 has 308 hp and 270 lb-ft.

The 2022 Blazer is also available in two new colors: Nitro Yellow Metallic and Blue Glow Metallic. The LT and RS trim levels are available with a two-tone roof. The Premiere trim level also gets new wheels, plus dark front and rear lower fascias, rockers and wheel moldings.

Lastly the 2.0-liter powered models with all-wheel drive now come standard with the Trailering package, while its optional on front-wheel drive versions. Chevy has not announced the pricing for the 2022 Blazer.
