Cadillac has announced that its myCadillac app now can be accessed via the Apple Watch. The app will automatically sync with the Apple Watch giving owners an easier ability to locate their vehicle, start it remotely, lock and unlock the doors and even get walking directions to their vehicle if they forget where they parked.
“The Apple Watch integration is another example of the seamless integration of technology Apple aficionados have come to expect from the Cadillac brand,” said John McFarland, director of Global Digital Experience.
The Apple love continues, since Apple CarPlay compatibility is standard on the full Cadillac lineup and passengers in the Escalade and CT6 can stream their favorite shows from devices such as Apple TV to the rear infotainment screens.
