It’s expected that BMW is going to reveal the 2019 Z4 later this month at Pebble Beach, but we now have our first unofficial look at the new roadster. A leaked photo of the 2019 BMW Z4 was recently posted on Instagram, which from what we can see here, will look pretty close to the concept.

Compared to the concept, the 2019 BMW Z4 gets some slight tweaks to its headlights and bigger changes to its lower front fascia, which actually looks a bit more aggressive. The hood has also lost the vents from the concept, while the side mirrors have been enlarged a bit.

BMW has only released some info about the 2019 BMW Z4, like the Z4 M40i, which will be powered by a 3.0L turbocharged six-cylinder engine. BMW has yet to release the specs for the six-cylinder engine, but it’s being reported that it will generate 382 horsepower in the US, but only 335 horsepower in Europe. A cheaper sDrive30i version is expected to be added to the lineup too, which will reportedly go on sale before the Z4 M40i. Sales of the Z4 sDrive30i will reportedly kick off in March next year, with the Z4 M40i arriving about a month later.

Stay tuned for all the official details later this month.
