BMW Releases More Teasers and Details About the 1 Series M Coupe

BMW has released more details for the much talked about 1 Series M Coupe that will officially debut at the Detroit Auto Show this coming January.

BMW has confirmed that the 1 Series M Coupe will be powered by a 340-hp twin-turbo 3.0L inline-six mated to a six-speed manual transmission. Pricing is supposed to come in between the current 135i and the M3, which should be around $45k.

The official photos and details of the 1 Series M Coupe will be released in mid-December and you’ll start seeing it in dealerships in early summer 2011.
