Apparently every luxury automaker wants a piece of the four-door coupe market. Aston Martin, Porsche, BMW and even Audi all already have one or one is in the works, so it’s only natural that Bentley release one too. According to the latest reports Bentley is working on an entry-level four-door coupe that will be pitched against the Aston Martin Rapide and Porsche Panamera, but will be more expensive than the Mercedes CLS and upcoming four-door BMW 6 Series.

The four-door coupe take styling cues from the Continental GT and be smaller inside than the Flying Spur and Mulsanne. It will share its platform with the new Audi A7 Sportback and the next Audi A6. A 4.0L turbocharged V8 will power the coupe, which will be mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel-drive.
