Audi has unveiled the A3 clubsport quattro concept ahead of its world debut at the Wörthersee Tour, which kicks off on May 28.
Based on the S3 sedan, the A3 clubsport quattro concept is powered by the same turbocharged 2.5L five-cylinder engine as the RS Q3. In the A3 clubsport quattro concept, the five-cylinder generates 525-hp and 442 lb-ft. of torque. That’s enough power to accelerate the A3 clubsport quattro concept from 0-62 mph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 192 mph.

The 2.5L engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission and all that power is sent to all four wheels via Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system. The concept also features a launch control function and bigger brakes than the S3.
Audi says that the concept is merely a show car with its lowered suspension, more aggressive bumpers and 21-inch alloy wheels. But what Audi may not be telling us, is that this could be a preview of the next RS3.
