The return of Alfa Romeo keeps getting pushed back, but now the latest reports claim that the brand will officially relaunch in the U.S. at the Detroit Auto Show in 2014.
Autocar is reporting that Alfa Romeo will return to the U.S. with the unveiling of the production version of the mid-engined 4C sports car at the show. The 4C will spearhead Alfa’s arrival. Autocar has also learned that the 4C will only be available with a dual-clutch transmission, unfortunately a manual will not be available. The 4C will also be powered by a 230 horsepower four-cylinder engine.
