Subaru has unveiled a new more “performance-focused” version of the Subaru WRX, called the 2025 WRX tS. The new tS (tuned by STI) trim gets some suspension, braking and interior upgrades.

Starting with the suspension, the tS gets a new STI-tuned suspension with electronically controlled dampers and revised suspension tuning. It also gets a Brembo braking system, including 6-piston front and 2-piston rear calipers in signature gold color, and larger pads and rotors. Lastly to increase grip and braking performance, the WRX tS gets 245/35 R19 Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires.

On the inside there’s a new 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster and blue accents on the seat bolsters, steering wheel, door panels, and shifter. The moonroof has been deleted to provide additional headroom for helmeted drivers. The tS also gets Recaro front seats that are wrapped in black Ultrasuede.
On the outside the mirrors, shark fin antenna, and rear spoiler are now finished in Crystal Black Silica. The taillights have a unique glow and the tS rides on 19-inch satin gray wheels.
The WRX tS is powered by a 2.4-liter turbocharged boxer engine with 271 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and 258 pound-feet of torque from 2,000-5,200 rpm. Subaru has not announced the pricing.
