At that price, the Grand Highlander only starts at just over $1k more than the regular Highlander. This is great news for families that need more space, since the Grand Highlander has more room in the third row and behind the third row than the Highlander.

The 2024 Grand Highlander comes standard with the same 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder as the Highlander, which generates 265 horsepower and accelerates the front-wheel drive version from 0-60 mph in 7.5 seconds. All-wheel drive adds an extra $1600 to the price of the XLE and Limited trim levels, while the Platinum comes standard with all-wheel drive. The XLE and Limited models are available with a 243 hp hybrid powertrain that accelerates the Grand Highlander from 0-60 in 7.8 seconds.

For buyers that want more power, there’s the available Hybrid Max powertrain wit 362 horsepower, 400 pound-feet of torque and a 0-60 time of 6.3 seconds. The Hybrid Max powertrain also has 5,000 lbs. of towing capacity.
