Mini has unveiled the updated 2022 John Cooper Works hardtop and convertible models. On the outside the facelift adds new headlights, an updated grille, modified side scuttles on the side panels and a rear diffuser.
Under the hood both models are powered by 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 228 horsepower and 235 pound-feet of torque. With the 8-speed automatic transmission the Mini John Cooper Works can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 5.9 seconds, while the manual takes 6.1 seconds.
Inside the biggest update is a new 8.8-inch touchscreen and a digital instrument cluster.
The 2022 Mini John Cooper Works hardtop starts at $33,750, including the destination charge. The convertible starts at $39,750.
