Hyundai has announced that the 2022 Ioniq 5 has received an EPA-certified driving range of 303 miles – putting it ahead of other electric crossovers, like the Chevy Bolt and Volkswagen ID.4.

With the single electric motor, the Ioniq 5 can travel over 300 miles on a single charge, while the dual motor all-wheel drive version has a 256 mile range. When it comes time to recharge it, thanks to its 800-volt architecture, a DC Fast Charger can charge the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 18 minutes.

The Ioniq 5 can also power small appliances and even charge other EVs.

The 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 will go on sale before the end of the year, but Hyundai has not announced the pricing.
