We’ve known for a while that the 2022 Genesis G70 is slated to get a big refresh to bring it more inline with the styling of the rest of the lineup, like the new G80. Now we have some leaked photos of the new G70.
The Korean Car Blog has posted these two leaked photos of the new G70, which it is labeling as a 2021 model, but it’s not expected to arrive in the US until the 2022 model year.
At the front we can see the new G70 is getting headlights that are similar to the G80 and GV80, which flank the new corporate grille. There are also new fenders and at the rear the taillights have also been redesigned to look like the rest of the Genesis family.
You’ll also notice that the G70 leaked here has a 2.0T badge on the trunk, which means that the updated G70 may not get the new 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder.
