BMW has released a new teaser of the all-new 2019 BMW 3 Series. We’ve seen several photos of 3 Series prototypes being tested in the desert and even on the Nurburgring, but now BMW’s latest 3 Series teaser shows the new sedan hiding under a sheet, with its headlights peeking out.
BMW hasn’t confirmed which version of the next-generation 3 Series that we’re seeing here, but it’s expected that we’re looking at the M340i M Performance model. It’s rumored that the M340i M Performance will be powered by the brand’s B58 3.0L turbocharged inline-six cylinder engine with around 360 horsepower and 370 lb-ft.
We also know that the 2019 BMW 3 Series will be a few pounds lighter than its predecessor. Also don’t expect to see any diesel powered versions of the next-generation 3 Series, since BMW recently announced that it is discontinuing its diesel powered models at the end of the 2018 model year.
BMW hasn’t confirmed when the 2019 BMW 3 Series will debut.
