Volvo has released a teaser of the new V90 Cross Country, the successor to the XC90 Cross Country, which is going to debut later this month at the Paris Motor Show. The V90 Cross Country will look nearly identical to the V90, but will feature extra body cladding, a higher ride height and underbody protection to make it a bit more capable once the paved road ends.

Expect the same engine lineup as the V90, which means a turbocharged 2.0L 250-hp, a turbocharged and supercharged 2.0L with 316-hp and a T8 plug-in hybrid version. Volvo hasn’t announced when it will arrive in the U.S., but it’s expected to arrive some time in 2017 as a 2018 model.
